After-sales service
WeGraphics doesn’t seem to provide an email service after purchase compared to Vector Buddy or MediaLoot.
Strengths
– Their website is running 24/7 and is global so everyone can view it and purchase from it’s services. The community base is constantly active, providing tutorials each week with activities from subscribers commenting on each tutorial for advice/suggestions.
Weaknesses
– Monthly subscription pricing isn’t ideal for some users who want just a simple one off price for graphic designs. Users mainly want on-the-fly purchasing.
Unique Selling Proposition
“We know: the web has thousands of freebies to offer. But it must be considered that these freebies can’t be always used for commercial projects (it depends from the license). Also designers want only best quality resources to integrate into their works, and this level of quality rarely belongs to freebies. On the other hand there are sites who granted great quality for their items, but at high prices (generally 10$ for a single resource set). That’s why we created
WeGraphics, a site with 3 fundamental objectives: best quality in quantity at the lowest price.”
Promotion/sales
To promote the WeGraphics company they have used their website home page as their unique selling point. They have a strong community base with a lot of users contributing their own graphic designs and making their own fair share of profits made.

Why is your product/service better than your competitor’s?

WeGraphics seems to be slow at updating their roster of latest graphic designs. I have check each week for activity and their blogging is constant but product growth seems to be very slow with little contribution from the company themselves.
